INFORMATION REGARDING THE DISCIPLINE ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
TECNAIR S.p.A. (hereinafter referred to as "Company"), makes this notice to the Customer pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereafter "GDPR"), concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
Legal basis and purpose of the processing
The Company informs that personal data processing of the Customer will be made only after specific and distinct consent to allow the Customer access to the part of the Company's website (hereinafter "Site") dedicated to the reserved area.
Data retention period
Your personal data will be processed for the time strictly necessary for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes, after which they will be deleted or made anonymous. Where personal data are linked to a specific account created by the Customer at the time of its registration on the Site, the Company will automatically proceed with their cancellation in the event that the Customer does not access the reserved area in the 12 months following the last access.
Nature of the provision of data and consequences in case of refusal
The provision of data for the purposes described above is optional. It may therefore decide not to disclose any data or to subsequently deny the possibility to process data already provided: in this case, it will not be able to access the reserved area of the website.
Communication scope of data and categories of recipients
Exclusively for the purposes specified above, all data collected and processed can be communicated to internal figures authorized for processing by their respective duties, as well as the following categories of external subjects: external structures that collaborate directly with the Company in the technical and information management of the Site and any other external figure where it is necessary to communicate data. Those recipients, if they were to process data on behalf of the Company, will be designated as data controllers with a specific contract or other legal document.
Data transfer to a third country and / or an international organization
Your personal data will not be transferred to non-European third countries.
Rights of the interested parties
You have the right (see articles 15 -22 of the GDPR) to ask our Company to access your personal data and to correct it if inaccurate, to delete or limit its processing if the conditions are met, and to obtain the portability of the data provided by you only if subject to automated processing based on your consent or contract. You also have the right to revoke the consent given for processing purposes, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out until the moment of revocation.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority on the subject, Guarantor for the protection of personal data.
